There has not been much research on this disease but you may have heard of it, its not very uncommon. But what is it? Parkinson's Disease is a progressive nervous system disorder that causes tremors, and slurred speech. Parkinson's disease is caused by nerve cell damage due to genetics or even just environmental triggers. With exposure to certain toxins or other environmental factors, it may increase the risk of contracting this disease. Treatments for Parkinson's are very limited. The medication that can be provided can help but cannot rid you of the disease.
